About Us

Lords Care is an NDIS registered disability support provider focused on delivering reliable, respectful, and person-centred support. We currently provide in-home supports and community participation, supporting participants to maintain independence, routine, and engagement in daily life. Lords Care is led by Tom, with a strong focus on consistent staffing, clear communication, and safe service delivery. We work closely with participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure supports are delivered in line with individual goals and NDIS Practice Standards. Our approach is simple: manageable caseloads, dependable support workers, and clear communication at every stage.
